Wendy Simon-Pearson has joined McCarter & English in Washington, effective 31 March 2023. Wendy has extensive experience advising on project development and regulatory issues for nuclear and electricity projects. She previously worked at Morgan Lewis, as General Counsel of USNC, a nuclear technology developer, as well as in the dispute resolution group of DaHui Lawyers in Beijing. At McCarter & English, she will continue to work for municipalities, coops, and other energy clients on energy transition projects from inception to dispute resolution.
