ArbitralWomen parental mentorship scheme

Balancing a career in international dispute resolution with the demands of parenthood can be challenging, especially if there is no one to turn to for advice or support. This programme aims to create a forum for members to share their concerns, experiences and tips on managing professional and parental commitments.

Group discussions will take place quarterly by VC, in a relaxed format, and will be based on Chatham House rules.

Whether you are pregnant, on or returning from maternity leave or have school-age children, or even if you are not at that stage, we would like to hear from you.

Participation in the programme is reserved for paid-up members of ArbitralWomen.
