Vanina Sucharitkul, a former member of the Board of ArbitralWomen, has joined the partnership at Singapore firm Rajah & Tann, effective March 2023. Vanina is a French-Thai-US national, and has acted as a lecturer on commercial and investment treaty arbitration at Paris-Descartes University. She was previously a senior lawyer at Herbert Smith Freehills in Bangkok, Paris and Hong Kong, and at Morrison & Foerster in San Francisco. Vanina is a former ICC Court Member and the current chair of the Thailand Branch of CIArb and sits as an arbitrator in cases administered by the ICC, SIAC, AIAC, HKIAC and other institutions.
