Sarah Monnerville Smith has been promoted to Counsel at Eversheds Sutherland in Paris, with effect from 1 May 2021. She represents global corporations, financial institutions, States and State entities in complex litigation and international arbitration matters. Sarah’s experience covers a broad range of business sectors with a focus on Energy and Financial Services disputes across Africa and Europe, and she has particular expertise in the enforcement and annulment of arbitral awards and experience in economic sanctions. She is a member of the Paris Bar and speaks French, English, and Spanish.
