Samantha Tan has been promoted to partner at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Singapore, effective 1 May 2023. Samantha’s practice focuses on complex, high-stakes, commercial disputes, usually involving cross-border elements. She has represented clients in international commercial and construction disputes, as well as both investors and States in arbitration. Samantha’s experience includes cases spanning the energy, financial, life sciences, technology, real estate, automotive, and consumer goods sectors. Samantha leads Freshfields’ Asia Women’s Network, and is excited about leading and growing her team of extremely talented and motivated individuals in Singapore.
