Rekha Rangachari and Co-Authors Awarded Smit-Lowenfeld Award for Best Article Published in English in the Field of International Arbitration in 2022

Rekha Rangachari, together with co-authors Kabir Duggal, and Adam Masurovsky, has been awarded the Smit-Lowenfeld Award for the best article published in English in the field of international arbitration in 2022, “One Size Fits All? Comparing Civil Law and Common Law Approaches to Evidence and Its Application in International Arbitration”. The award will be celebrated at a dinner in honor of the winners in New York City on January 17, 2024. Rekha Rangachari is the Executive Director of the New York International Arbitration Center and serves as an adjunct professor of international arbitration and mediation at Fordham University School of Law and Cardozo Law School. As a Board member of ArbitralWomen, Rekha Rangachari has led the global events and cooperation committees for several terms.
