Penny Martin has been promoted to counsel at Three Crowns LLP with effect from 1 January 2020. Based in London, Penny specialises in international commercial and investment treaty arbitration, particularly in the oil and gas sector, and also has expertise in public international law and international human rights law. She is admitted to practise in England and Wales and Victoria, Australia. Penny is co-author of the leading text on the appointment of international judges, “Selecting International Judges: Principle, Process and Politics” (OUP, 2010). She is recognised for her expertise by the Legal 500.
