Patrizia Netal, Lucia Raimanova and Nathalie Voser Are Elected the Board of the Vienna International Arbitral Center (VIAC)

Patrizia Netal has been elected to the Board of the Vienna International Arbitral Center (VIAC) with effect from 1 January 2020. Patrizia is a partner at KNOETZL, a Vienna-based dispute resolution law firm. Patrizia specializes in international commercial arbitration, with particular focus on construction and engineering, M&A projects, aviation and international sales disputes. She practices both as counsel and arbitrator having been involved in numerous large-scale projects across the SEE/CEE region. Patrizia is theCo-Director of the Vis Moot and Austria’s steering committee member of the Pledge for Equal Representation in Arbitration. She is recognised as a Future Leader by WWL Arbitration.

Lucia Raimanova has been elected to the Board of the Vienna International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) for the 2020-2022 term, with effect from 1 January 2020. Lucia is a solicitor-advocate of England & Wales and Counsel in the international arbitration group at Allen & Overy. After practicing with the firm for ten years in London and Hong Kong, in 2016 she relocated to Bratislava to lead the firm’s arbitration practice within Central and Eastern Europe. She specialises in international commercial and investment treaty arbitration, and also sits as arbitrator. Lucia is identified as a Future Leader by Who’s Who Legal – Arbitration and recommended by the Legal 500. Lucia speaks Slovak/Czech, English, German and Russian.

Nathalie Voser has been elected to the Board of the Vienna International Arbitral Center (VIAC) for the 2020-2022 term, with effect from 1 January 2020. Based in Zurich, Nathalie is a partner in Schellenberg Wittmer’s Dispute Resolution Group. She acts as counsel and arbitrator specialising in investor-state and international commercial arbitration across a wide range of industries. She is Co-Chair of the IBA Arbitration Guidelines and Rules Subcommittee, a Vice President and member of the LCIA, a member of the board of the Swiss Arbitration Association and a member of the SIAC Users’ Council. She is recognised for her expertise by the leading directories.
