Patricia D. Galloway has been elected to the Board of Directors of Stantec. Patricia is an international arbitrator, president of Galloway Arbitration and chair of Pegasus Global Holdings, Inc. She specialises in construction and energy matters and has over 35 years of experience in United States domestic and international arbitration proceedings. Patricia currently serves as a board member for Granite Construction, Inc. and as an Emeritus board member of SCANA. Patricia is an elected fellow of the American Society of Civil Engineers and was the first women to serve as its President in 2004. She was appointed to the U.S. National Science Board for a six-year term, serving as vice chair from 2008 to 2010.
