Niyati Ahuja has joined Diamond McCarthy LLP as an associate with effect from 18 February 2020. Based in New York, Niyati’s practice focuses on international arbitration and cross border litigation. She previously completed internships with the international arbitration practice group at Alston & Bird LLP, Busse Disputes and with the General Counsel of Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) in Oakland, California. She obtained her LLM from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law. She is admitted to practice in India, with admission to practice in New York pending.
