Nicola Peart has been elected to the International Bar Association’s under–40 sub-committee, effective 1 November 2020. Nicola is an Associate at Three Crowns LLP in Washington, D.C. She specializes in public international law and high value, complex commercial and investment disputes. Nicola is admitted as a Barrister in England & Wales. She is a member of the Cross-Institutional Task Force on Gender Diversity in International Arbitral Appointments and Proceedings and the ICC Task Force on Arbitration of Climate Change Related Disputes. She is also the legal advisor to the Ethics Commission of the International Tennis Federation.
