Nathalie Voser has been appointed as Co-Chair of the IBA Arbitration Guidelines and Rules Subcommittee with effect from 1 January 2020. Nathalie is a partner in Schellenberg Wittmer’s Dispute Resolution Group and based in Zurich. She acts as counsel and arbitrator in respect of investor-state and international commercial arbitration across a wide range of industries. Nathalie is a Vice President and member of the LCIA, a member of the board of the Swiss Arbitration Association, the VIAC International Advisory Board and will be a member of the Steering Committee of the VIAC as of 2020. She is also a member of the SIAC Users’ Council. She is recognised for her expertise by the Chambers Guide, the Legal 500, Expert Guides and Who’s Who Legal, receiving the WWL Switzerland Construction Award 2019.
