Mônica Mendonça Costa has been appointed as Vice Chair of the CPR’s Brazilian Advisory Board with effect from July 2019. Based in São Paulo, Mônica is a member of the Arbitration and Litigation practice group at TozziniFreire. She has more than fifteen years of experience advising in respect of civil disputes. Mônica is a member of the Brazilian Arbitration Committee and is a mediator for the Brazilian Chamber of Commercial Arbitration and the Brazilian Center of Mediation and Arbitration. Mônica is recognised for her expertise by The Legal 500, Latin Lawyer 250 and Análise Advocacia 500.
