Julie Spinelli has been appointed as co-chair of CFA40 with effect from July 2020. Based in Paris, Julie is a partner at Le 16 Law. She has acted as counsel in numerous commercial and investment arbitration proceedings conducted under all major sets of arbitration rules and governed by various procedural and substantive laws. Julie is a member of the Paris bar and regularly represents clients in annulment, enforcement and arbitration-related proceedings before French courts. Fluent in English and French, she acts as arbitrator in domestic and international commercial arbitration proceedings. Julie is listed by Who’s Who Legal as a Future Leader in International Arbitration.
