Judith Levine of Levine Arbitration won the “Australian Arbitrator of the Year” at the 2023 Australasian Law Awards on 18 May 2023. The judges’ comments recognised her as: “A highly skilled and highly regarded arbitrator” and for her “International and cross-jurisdictional arbitration work with significant contributions to the arbitration community and wider legal community”. This month also saw Judith reappointed until 2026 to the general list of arbitrators of the Court of Arbitration for Sport; and participate, as one of eight standing judges from around the Commonwealth, in the first ever judicial meeting of the Commonwealth Secretariat Arbitral Tribunal at Malborough House in London.
