Iryna Akulenka FCIArb has been promoted to Senior Consultant within HKA Dubai, with effect from 1 May 2021. Iryna is a qualified Engineer with 14 years of experience in managing construction and engineering projects, contractual claims preparation and defence, expert work and ADR. She has particular experience with contracts and quantum, and assists clients with all facets of contractual disputes in the infrastructure, construction, oil & gas, and energy sectors. Iryna is a Registered RICS Expert Witness and also acts as an arbitrator in construction disputes. She is a Member of the Global Advisory Board, ICDR Y&I, and MENA Regional Representative of the Russian Arbitration Association. Iryna teaches Introduction to International Arbitration with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
