Eva Kalnina, a partner at Lévy Kaufmann-Kohler based in Geneva, has joined the Steering Committee of the Young MCIA (Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration). Eva’s practice includes international commercial and investment arbitration, with particular focus on construction, energy, finance and shareholder disputes. Eva is a member of the ICC Court of Arbitration and member of the ICSID Panel of Arbitrators. She is regularly appointed as an arbitrator and has particular expertise in Eastern European and CIS disputes.
Eva is recognized by Who’s Who Legal – Arbitration 2019 (Future Leaders) as one the most highly regarded individuals in Europe.
