Dr Kathrin Bauwens has been promoted to counsel at Linklaters in Frankfurt, effective May 1, 2024. Kathrin’s practice focuses on complex domestic and international disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution. She has extensive experience in product liability cases, competition litigation, post-M&A and commercial matters. Kathrin also regularly advises clients on ESG related issues (in particular in relation to supply chain due diligence and greenwashing), and has worked on cases spanning the automotive, healthcare, industrial, technology, and consumer goods sectors.
