Diana Gárate has joined APM Terminals (Maersk Group) as a Regulation and Compliance Manager with effect from August 2020. Diana was formerly a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young Law. Her practice includes domestic and international arbitration, with particular emphasis on projects and infrastructure, and corporate/finance matters relating to Public Private Partnerships (PPPs). She obtained an LLM at Columbia University and worked at Cleary Gottlieb in NYC as an international associate. She serves as a Member of the Young Practitioners Subcommittee of the Equal Representation in Arbitration Pledge and the Young Committee of WWA (Woman Way in Arbitration).
