Diana Gárate has been appointed to the Young Practitioners Subcommittee of the Equal Representation in Arbitration Pledge with effect from May 2020. Based in Peru, Diana is a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young LawLaw. Her practice includes domestic and international arbitration with particular focus on projects and infrastructure, and corporate/finance matters relating to Public Private Partnerships (PPPs). Diana is admitted to the bar of Peru and speaks English and Spanish. She holds an LL.M. from Columbia University, New York and serves as a Member of the Young Committee of WWA (Women Way in Arbitration).
