Dharshini Prasad has been promoted to Counsel at WilmerHale in London, effective 1 January 2021. Dharshini has acted in a number of high-value arbitrations and has particular experience in the mining, energy, private equity and pharmaceutical sectors. She is qualified in Singapore, England and Wales, and New York and worked as an associate at Drew & Napier in Singapore before joining WilmerHale in 2015. Dharshini was the Executive Secretary to the Commonwealth’s Study of International Commercial Arbitration in all 53 Member States. She is currently on the Committee of the Young Singapore International Arbitration Centre (YSIAC) and is Assistant Editor of the Journal of International Arbitration. She was named one of the “Most Highly Regarded Future Leaders” in Who’s Who Legal: Arbitration 2021.
