Claudia Salomon has been recommended for election as President of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, effective 1 July 2021. She will be the first woman to be President of the ICC Court in its almost 100-year history. Claudia is Global Co-Chair of the International Arbitration Practice at Latham & Watkins. She focuses her practice on energy, construction, technology, post-M&A, and joint venture disputes and regularly sits as an arbitrator. She will withdraw from the partnership prior to the election next year. Claudia previously served as Vice-President of the ICC Court and Co-Chair of the ICC Commission on Arbitration.
