Crenguta Leaua, Ina Popova and Sarah Reynolds have been Elected to the Board of Directors of the Silicon Valley Arbitration & Mediation Center

Crenguta Leaua has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Silicon Valley Arbitration & Mediation Center with effect from 19 November 2019. Crenguta is a managing partner of Leaua Damcali Deaconu Paunescu – LDDP in Bucharest, specialising in international arbitration. She has been an arbitrator in over 120 cases under various rules and is a past vice-president of the ICC Court. Crenguta is fluent in English and French. She co-edits Arbitration in Romania: A Practitioner’s Guide and is recognised as a Thought Leader by Who’s Who Legal: Arbitration.

Ina Popova has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Silicon Valley Arbitration & Mediation Center with effect from 19 November 2019. Ina is a partner in the International Dispute Resolution team at Debevoise & Plimpton. Based in New York, she specialises in international arbitration, with particular expertise in the technology, media and communications, energy and mining sectors. Ina sits as arbitrator and is admitted to practice in Paris and New York. She speaks six languages and is recognised for her expertise by the Chambers Guide, the Legal 500 and Who’s Who: Arbitration.

Sarah Reynolds has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Silicon Valley Arbitration & Mediation Center with effect from 19 November 2019. Sarah is a partner in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice at Mayer Brown. Based in Chicago and Palo Alto, Sarah specialises in representing technology companies in international and domestic arbitration proceedings. She is admitted to the bars of California and Illinois, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
