Carole Malinvaud has been re-elected to the position of President of the Court of Arbitration for Sport Ordinary Division. Carole is a partner and co-head of the international arbitration practice at Gide Loyrette Nouel. Based in Paris, Carole regularly acts as counsel or arbitrator in international arbitration proceedings, both ad hoc and institutional including ICSID, as well as before domestic French courts in relation to international litigation and arbitration. She is a member of the ICCA Governing Board and the International Council of Arbitration for Sport and chair of the French Arbitration Committee (ICC France). Carole is admitted to the bars of Paris and New York.
