Brenda Horrigan Establishes Independent Arbitrator Practice

Brenda Horrigan has left Herbert Smith Freehills where she was head of international arbitration in Australia to establish her own independent practice as arbitrator, with effect from 1 May 2021. Brenda was with HSF since 2012, first based in Shanghai and then in Sydney. Her new arbitrator practice will be based in Singapore and will build upon her background as a transactional lawyer and multiple language skills including fluency in Russian, French, and English, and elementary knowledge of Mandarin. Brenda is also President of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration.
