ArbitralWomen President Dana MacGrath and Ruth V. Glick Elected to the Council of the AAA-ICDR

Dana MacGrath, President of the Board of ArbitralWomen, has been elected to the Council of the American Arbitration Association–International Centre for Dispute Resolution (AAA-ICDR). Dana is an Investment Manager and Legal Counsel at commercial litigation and arbitration funder Bentham IMF. She has extensive experience in the field of international arbitration both as counsel and arbitrator and is on the AAA Roster of Arbitrators. Prior to joining Bentham IMF, Dana was a partner at Sidley Austin LLP in its international arbitration group. She has been recognized in various directories including Chambers USA. She is an adjunct professor of law at Brooklyn Law School and coaches the Brooklyn Vis Moot team. Dana is the immediate past Chair of the Arbitration Committee of the New York City Bar Association

Ruth V. Glick has been elected to the Council of the AAA-ICDR. Ruth is a full-time domestic and international arbitrator and mediator. Ruth is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a Fellow of the College of Commercial Mediators and a Distinguished Fellow of the International Academy of Mediators. Ruth is a past Chair of the Dispute Resolution Section of the American Bar Association (ABA), founder of the ABA’s Women in Dispute Resolution and a liaison to the ABA Commission on Women in the Profession. Ruth is recognised as a Northern California Super Lawyer.
