Aanchal Basur, a Steering Committee Member of Young ArbitralWomen Practitioners, has been appointed as an ICC YAF Regional Representative for South Asia, with effect from 5 August 2021. Aanchal is a partner with a boutique dispute resolution firm, AB Law in New Delhi, India. She regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court in commercial disputes and as counsel in international and domestic arbitrations. Prior to her current role, Aanchal has worked with Nakul Dewan, Senior Advocate at the Supreme Court of India and Barrister at 20 Essex Chambers in London & Singapore.
