We are pleased to invite you to attend a Young ICCA Skills Training Workshop organised together with the Scottish Arbitration Centre and CIArb Scottish Branch. The workshop will take place on 30 May 2019 in Edinburgh from 1:30 pm to 7:00 pm. The venue of the workshop is the Scottish Arbitration Centre in Edinburgh.
The topic of the workshop is “The nuts and bolts of cross-examination in international arbitration”. It will include presentations by experienced practitioners on best practices for conducting cross-examination in international arbitration and a demo cross-examination, during which the participants will be able to ask questions to the speakers conducting the cross-examinations.

Application and registration: There are 40 spots available and 20 of them are reserved for Young ICCA members. Participants will generally be confirmed on a first come first served basis. All participants are expected to bear their costs of transportation to, from and within Edinburgh, as well as incidental expenses. They are further responsible for any necessary visa arrangements.
