The Turkish-Swiss Arbitration Forum will be held for the first time on 18 November 2019 in Istanbul as a full-day conference.

It is organized by the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce and is supported by ASA, ICC Switzerland, and SCAI.

The conference topics focus on the comparison of fundamental legal concepts in arbitration from a Turkish and Swiss legal perspective.

The Forum is highly recommended for all international arbitration practitioners who are active in Turkish and/or Swiss arbitration proceedings.
