The idea behind the seminar is to explore the interaction existing between the human mind and the choices made and the conduct taken during the course of an arbitral hearing.  The seminar will be subdivided into three sessions in the course of which the psychology of the arbitration hearing will be tackled from the witness’, counsel’s and arbitrators’ perspective.
