A half-day programme featuring roundtable discussions with counsel from varied jurisdictions, in-house counsel and institutions examining the use of New York law in disputes arising out of Latin America. Panelists will shed light on the decision-making process when choosing New York law, the frequency with which they encounter it in practice, and other considerations and observations from their experience. A networking lunch will follow the discussions. Co-organized by the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and Winston & Strawn LLP. Supported by USCIB ICC USA and NYIAC.
