Diversity isn’t only about identifying differences but also accepting them, appreciating their perspectives, their challenges and accommodating them to resolve disputes. It is a melange of multilateralism with multiculturalism which rests on the lens of dispute resolution mechanisms.

The regional chapter of the ICC Young Arbitrators Forum will organize a session on ‘Diversity 360! – Defining Diversity in International Arbitration!’. This panel will debate and attempt to bring in ideas to gauge opportunities in arbitration while considering gender – where we have seen a concerted effort to bridge the gap, but also discuss diversity with respect to age, understanding and appreciating the need for diversity, geography and experience of stakeholders involved.
