Through this joint panel, ArbitralWomen and the ICC, aim to offer a forum for a constructive discussion on gender diversity issues in international arbitration. The joint ArbitralWomen – ICC panel discussion will shed the light on the practice of arbitration in the traditionally male-dominated construction industry. The diverse panel of legal and technical experts will address salient gender issues in construction arbitration. Drawing upon the speakers’ experience, the panel will consider possible immediate remedies along with ways to promote gender diversity in international construction arbitration.
