For the third edition of Jeantet’s event centered on the CEE/CIS region, the roundtable will focus on the specificities of arbitration procedures with a seat in CEE/CIS countries from a procedural aspect as well as from the perspective of enforcement, in particular with regard to:

  1. the arbitrability of dispute;
  2. the monopoly of national arbitral institutions;
  3. logistical procedural issues; and
  4. how far may States exercise their sovereignty when dealing with international arbitration?
