The focus of this program will be on preparing for and representing clients at international commercial arbitration hearings and on how that differs from U.S. domestic arbitration. Experienced panelists will discuss arbitrator selection, discovery or disclosure, and differing approaches to witness preparation, direct and cross-examination. The program will include a mock cross-examination to illustrate international vs. domestic U.S. style.  This program will be useful to a broad spectrum of lawyers, including in-house counsel involved in cross-border transactions and arbitration, domestic and international arbitration practitioners and arbitrators, among others.
