I have more than five years of experience in advising clients on damages in international arbitrations, specializing in accounting-related topics, as well as in forensic investigations. I have been involved in several commercial and post-M&A dispute cases with clients across different sectors, including assessments of damages from misstatements in the closing accounts and the effect on the purchase price in a post M&A dispute, calculation of damages in an investor state dispute in the solar industry, determination of lost profits or damages from delays and disruptions in a construction project.
