Most significant experience includes:  acting as counsel in domestic and international arbitrations under major rules (ICC, UNCITRAL, ICSID, OHADA, AAA, AFA) pertaining to large construction projects, development, engineering, distribution, joint-venture agreements…  acting as President or Sole Arbitrator in arbitrations involving European, American, Asian and African private and public entities and States as parties (under ICC, AAA and CCJA Rules) e.g. in the pharmaceutical and para-pharmaceutical, hotel management, construction and energy sectors;  acting as an Emergency Arbitrator under the ICC Rules of Arbitration (2012);  representing foreign clients in litigation, including in unfair competition, infringement and libel matters and with respect to the enforcement of foreign judgments and international arbitral awards;  assisting businesses (e.g. in the information technologies, pharmaceutical and para-pharmaceutical industries) for the drafting and the negotiating of their international contracts and the handling of pre-litigation, as well as in merger and acquisitions abroad, including in the United States.
