The Commonwealth Secretariat is conducting a Study on challenges to accessing international commercial arbitration across all 53 Commonwealth countries, and potential solutions.

The aim of the study is to understand the use of international commercial arbitration as a means of resolving disputes across the Commonwealth, and to identify ways in which member countries may be able to strength its use. Please find more information about the Study here: http://thecommonwealth.org/arbitration-study
